Just picked up the latest scoop on the Livehelp system in CS-Cart. We all saw the tabs labeled "livehelp" in the admin module settings.
Well here is a list of what the beta will include in the live release of 1.3.4.
- 100% AJAX based.
- Windows/Unix Operator Module
- Web Admin Panel integrated into CS admin
- Chat history can be viewed at anytime by operator or administrator
- Smarty templates for easy customization
- Included in CS-Cart package at NO additional charge.
