CSS Skin Update

As of today, CS-Cart has completed a good portion of their Default Blue skin using CSS/Xhtml.
There are approx. 40 tpl files left to go. (over 180 tpl's in a skin).
This new skin will become the default installed skin for CS-Cart v 1.3.5 when that is released.

Can't wait for the xhtml conversion to be done.
My site South East Auto is currently using brickwork_dark_steel so I know I've got a long wait ahead of me.
Good to hear CS-Cart making the changes.
